For a fine vacation in Provence, we suggest you stay in our self catering cottage « gite », a tourist accommodation in L’ Isle sur la Sorgue, the Venise Comtadine. It is the best place to discover the Vaucluse, region in southern France. Located 30mn from Avignon, 1h from Marseille and the Mediterranean sea. You will enjoy Provence architecture, food, wine and sun. Situated on the heights, in a residential area overlooking l’Isle sur la Sorgue, our gite is 3 km from the town center and 2 km from the shops. The gite adjoins our house, which is surrounded by a 2000 square metre garden with a salt-cell swimming pool (10 m x 5 m). Sun-beds, armchairs, tables, parasols… allow poolside relaxation. The 30 square metre gite opens to the south with a flowered terrace for your meals. The interior is a studio with a double bed, a living aera with a television set and a radio-cd player. The kitchen is equipped with a little fridge, a two-burner hot plate and a mini oven. Plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and all necessary day to day cooking ustensils are provides. There is a shower room with toilets and sink. For best comfort there is a private reversible air conditioner.
